Set in the heart of Al Maryah Island within the Sowwah Square district, we provided cost management for postcontract build of this 5* deluxe hotel, which included 200 rooms and suites and 125 serviced private residences.

A 21 storey hotel housing 180 luxury rooms and suites, and a 40-story tower housing 159 branded residences. The development included retail, F&B outlets, and a spa amongst 5* amenities.

We acted as Emaar’s independent cost consultant for the roll-out of the premier developer’s mid-scale hotel concept, Rove. At the time, there were six properties under development, each containing between 250 and 450 rooms. Each hotel included a canteen, all-day-dining area, licensed bar, barista, outdoor swimming pool and lounge area, meeting rooms, a gym and a boutique concierge.

We provided pre and post contract cost management for this 5* desert resort located on Sir Bani Yas Island off the west coast of Abu Dhabi. Our role covered five priority projects, including Al Yamm and Al Sahel villas, a conference centre, equestrian centre, and watersport and dive centre.

Our team project managed the refurbishment of the Mina A’Salam and Dar Al Maysaf at Dubai’s iconic tourist attraction, Madinat Jumeirah. The refurbishment involved 297 rooms, included full FF&E works, repairs to various joinery items, and an upgrade to the room management system. The refurbishment was carried out whilst the hotel remaining fully functional and receiving guests for the duration of the project.

We were appointed to provide cost management services for the refurbishment of the Le Meridien Hotel Mina Seyahi, Dubai. The project was focused on upgrading 204 rooms, the lounges, lobbies, restaurants, bars, the business centre, and minor upgrades to the facade to maintain the hotel's 5* status.

TJCS is providing project management for Merlin's Legoland Hotel project. The build consists of 25,000 sqm built up area, containing 250 rooms, dining areas, lobbies, and connection to the Legoland Theme Park.

Bee’ah’s New Headquarters designed by Zaha Hadid are inspired by the form of the sand dunes from which it emerges. TJCS provided project management. The building will be fully powered by renewable energy and engineered for optimum use of resources.

The Fakeeh University Hospital (FUH) Project includes a 290 bed acute care community hospital across a four-building complex, a multi-storey carpark connected by an atrium, link bridges, and the development of centres of excellence in specific areas focusing on specialties and major surgeries.

TJCS delivered full Project and Cost Management Services to deliver this world class leisure and entertainment venue. Developed from a shell unit to include fully themed displays together with specialis lighting and AV systems

Gulf International Cancer Center (GICC) is building the first Proton centre in the UAE. The project involves 3000m2 of built-up area over 2 floors. TJCS is appointed as cost and project manager.

We were assigned as project and cost manager on the iconic CMA tower soaring 380m above ground, and situated in the heart of the King Abdullah Financial District in the KSA capital, Riyadh . This project comprised 185,000 sqm of office space, dining areas, a fitness centre, and a state-of-the-art 450 seat auditorium.
